2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed
- You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is shipped

5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check the website for any active promotions
- For Middle East orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
6. Courier Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:
- Pakistan: TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax, or similar
- Middle East: International courier services (DHL, Aramex, or similar)
Courier selection may vary based on your location and order type.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
- You can use this tracking number on the respective courier's website to monitor your delivery
- If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us
8. Packaging
- All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
- Fragile items such as perfume bottles and glass-packaged skincare are given extra protective packaging
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your order in case of any damage claims
9. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby facility
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges
- Aurra Essence is not liable for delays or losses caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
10. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at aurraessence@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 340 6127758 and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf
- Resolution for lost parcels may take 7–14 business days depending on the courier's investigation process
11. Customs & Import Duties (Middle East Orders)
- International orders shipped to the Middle East may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are entirely the customer's responsibility
- Aurra Essence has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs clearance
